Services
spiti8 provides services and activities related to performance, movement practices, workshops, sessions, seminars and related events.
Information about each service, including duration, date, time, price and availability, is displayed on the relevant page before the purchase is completed.
Bookings
A booking is considered confirmed when:
- the customer completes the booking or order process,
- payment is successfully completed, where required, and
- a booking or order confirmation is issued.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
Prices
All applicable prices are displayed on the website before the purchase is completed.
The total amount payable is shown before payment.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely through Stripe and the available payment methods displayed during checkout.
spiti8 does not store full credit or debit card details.
Availability
Places for each activity may be limited.
The display of an available date or time does not guarantee a booking until the purchase process has been successfully completed.
Changes or Cancellations by spiti8
spiti8 reserves the right to change the date or time of an activity or cancel it where necessary due to organisational reasons, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
If an activity is cancelled by spiti8, the customer may, depending on the circumstances:
- transfer the booking to another available date, or
- receive a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service.
Customer Cancellations
Specific cancellation conditions applicable to each service are displayed during the booking process or on the relevant service page.
For services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, the legal exceptions to the standard right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts may apply.
Multi-Session Packages
Where a multi-session package is purchased, its use is subject to the conditions and validity period stated on the relevant package page.
Packages or individual sessions may not be resold or transferred to another person without prior agreement with spiti8.
Conduct at the Venue
Participants are expected to respect the venue, staff and other participants.
spiti8 reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation in cases of seriously inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive or harassing behaviour.
Health and Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for assessing whether their physical condition allows them to participate safely in a particular activity.
If you are unsure whether a physical activity is suitable for you, you should seek appropriate professional medical advice before participating.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Intellectual Property
The content of the website, including text, photographs, videos, graphics and other creative material, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
