Founded by Vera Iona

spiti8 was founded by Vera Iona Papadopoulou, an artist and director whose practice spans performance, film, and collective creation.

Her artistic research approaches performance not only as an artistic medium, but as a way of observing, composing, and renegotiating experience.

Her work extends across Greece and abroad. She has collaborated as a performer in works by Marina Abramović and Yoko Ono.

spiti8 was born as a natural continuation of this practice: a space where performance can be learned, created, tested, and experienced.
